The Now Frequency: An Immersive Breathwork Experience is a 3-hour transformational workshop designed to reset the nervous system, unlock clarity, and activate the quantum state where peak performance and manifestation converge.
Through advanced breathwork, guided meditation, immersive sound experience, energetic and manifestation practices, and integration participants are guided to tap into the power of the present moment, the Now.
